Outreach to the student community through curriculum development, teaching, the creation of student campus group, and student events. Outreach to local business and faith community through meetings and events and the development of applied research. Outreach to national and international business and academic community through the Faith and Spirituality in the Workplace e-newsletter. Create a Board of Directors and focus on building legitimacy for faith and spirituality in the workplace through research and case studies.
Expand the courses offered on Faith and Spirituality in the Workplace. Create a student internship program. Develop business outreach through speaking and consulting programs. Continue the development and involvement of the Board of Directors and other key stakeholders. Expand Year 1 activities.
Expand student outreach to include scholarships, visits to faith and spirituality-friendly organizations, on-site case study involvement and organizational projects. Focus on building a national reputation for our research and practitioner programs and for our events that facilitate dialogue between students, researchers, business leaders and faith leaders. Complete the move to a financially sustainable business model with the guidance of the Board of Directors.
